Jet Technologies’ roots go deep. Founded in Elkhart, Indiana, in 1996, we began with a simple, yet powerful mission: deliver creative products at competitive prices in a timely fashion, while maintaining strong customer engagement.
Our journey since then has been one of continuous evolution and growth. We’ve consistently honed our core capabilities, extending our reach from plastic fabrication to a wide array of materials, including woods, composite materials, and more.
As a privately owned company, we’ve remained steadfast and stable in a shifting marketplace, expanding our facilities across a total of five plants to encompass over 150,000 square feet of production space, and growing our workforce to over 200 dedicated professionals.
Our commitment to our employees, customers, and partners has allowed us to maintain financial stability and consistently deliver quality products.
Today, we don’t just manufacture; we partner, turning our customers’ visions into tangible realities. Our customer-centric approach, combined with our openness to challenge the status quo, has made us a market leader. From concept to delivery, we take ownership of the entire production process.

I find it exciting to know that we have all three… staff, customers and vendors that have partnered with us for all 27 years.
As we transition into 2024, I would like to assure you that we are continuing to invest in equipment, technology, and people. These investments will allow us to supply the products and services expected in today’s market.

Working at Jet Technologies has been a great experience for me. During my time here, I have been able to effectively use my skillset and develop many skills I didn’t know I had. I have earned many new opportunities to grow and thrive within the company. Being a part of a unique and constantly growing company has been so enjoyable. I can’t wait to see what else is in store for Jet Technologies, and myself, as the company continues to build and expand.
Jet Technologies provides a laid-back environment for their employees, while maintaining and hitting important deadlines. Their commitment to promoting from within is worth recognizing and commendable. Working within a team of bright, talented, and friendly engineers makes coming to work more enjoyable. From an engineering perspective, Jet Technologies’ use of modern technology; computer hardware, updated/current software, etc. allows you to be much more productive. Having powerful tools to do your daily job is very important.
Being a newer employee here at Jet Technologies, I have never felt more welcomed by everyone. From production to the office staff, everyone is family oriented and working together to get the job done to take care of our customers. Our training program truly sets you up to be knowledgeable of our products and procedures to help be the best employee you can be. Feeling respected, listened to, and appreciated at a workplace goes a long way.
Personally, I am very grateful to be given the opportunity to grow in the workplace, as I am not familiar with manufacturing. And although there is a language barrier, everything I have been taught has been with patience. I do believe with perseverance, responsibility and dedication, anyone is able to grow in this company. I am a clear example of this. In my experience I only have good things to say about Jet Technologies. I would have never thought I would learn so much, but as they say here, “Imagination is the only Limitation.”
